Leah Clyne, Manchester
"iMoveFreely helped me on a personal level and now being a fitness professional my job is to help others be more active. Previously I neglected my own mental and physical health. I have always suffered with lower back pain and I have ligament problems in my knees. Once I started doing iMoveFreely exercises they soon became part of my daily routine. Since then I have taken up running short distances again, improved my performance in resistance training and reduced the discomfort in my lower back. Now I am able to move better during physical activities and I am taking time for self care. Another side affect has been better sleep. All these factors have had a positive impact an my mental health and wellbeing. I can definitely say for me, movement is medicine"

Lewis Baker, London
"I just wanted to say how much I enjoy the iMoveFreely class. It's unlike any other class I have taken part in. Traditionally classes seem to me more focussed on "feeling the burn " and very little on improving things. I love the fact that as well as a group ex environment we are working on joint functions that will actually improve posture and encourage more natural movement patterns, I also love the scope of how we can adapt the exercises as a way of making the movements more challenging. Thanks so much."

Vicki Farrington, Cumbria Lake district
"The Diploma in Biomechanics Coaching & the iMoveFreely programme have had a profound impact on me as a practitioner and also the way I run my business. It has provided a simple and effective baseline and structure applicable to anyone who comes through the door. The support during and after attending the course is excellent and I have enjoyed meeting new peers and continuing learning. My existing clients are all benefitting from the structure and moving better as a result. Highly recommend the course to anyone in the PT, manual therapy or movement world."
