Welcome to MuscleTalks “ iMoveFreely” programme
There is an increasing awareness of biomechanics in our MuscleTalk forum and you only have to read RachFit’s answers and the related comments to see how impactful they have been for our members. We know there are many of you who are actually trying to see Biomechanics Coaches and it’s not always convenient geographically, so it can sometimes be difficult.
We have therefore teamed up with the guys at Intelligent Training Systems to create an online screening tool for muscletalk members called iMoveFreely. Here you will be able to log in and screen yourselves and the programme will describe the best ways of helping any biomechanical flaws it picks up.
We have also included some really good articles on training techniques and injuries which we know you’ll like.
